Reshma is a Clinical Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Clinical Psychologists.
She has 20 years of experience in the field and has been employed as a Senior Psychologist in a number of public and private hospitals in both Area Mental Health and general hospital settings.
Reshma is a warm and empathic clinician and bases her interventions on recovery focussed principles. She draws from a range of therapies including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy, Mentalization Based therapy, General Psychiatric Management, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Reshma takes a holistic and collaborative approach and tailors interventions to take into account the individual strengths, as well as personal situation and beliefs, of each client.
